"User" – refers to anyone accessing the platform.

2. Account Creation
Users must register an account to place orders or list products.
Vendors must provide valid business and identity details.
Accounts may be suspended for violation of platform rules.

3. Vendor Policies
All vendors must ensure the legality, authenticity, and accurate description of products.
Vendors are responsible for pricing, inventory, fulfillment, customer support, and handling disputes unless otherwise arranged.

4. Commission & Settlement Policy

7. Return & Refund Policy

Delays or losses caused by third-party couriers
Loss of revenue due to website downtime or errors

11. Termination of Accounts
We may suspend or terminate any user account:
For violating our Terms
Due to fraudulent or illegal activity
Upon request from legal authorities

12. Governing Law
